Christopher Costello, distinguished professor at the University of California Santa Barbara, will be delivering the annual CEnREP Lecture on Feb. 28, 2023 at 3:30 p.m. The address, titled “Environmental Markets: Challenges and Opportunities,” is open to the entire university community.
