Pete Maniloff is an environmental and energy economist.  He is an expert on environmental and socioeconomic aspects of energy production.  Dr. Maniloff holds a Ph.D. in environmental economics, a M.A. in environmental science and management, and a B.A. in physics and computer science, all from Duke University.  Nonetheless he went to Reynolds Coliseum long before Cameron Indoor.
